Marcia was with us in the very beginning of our wedding planning. From helping us pick the absolute best place in Belize to gathering all the information and documentation we needed to put it all together. She booked the rooms and much of the air for 45 of our wedding guests, taking all the stress off of us. She got us home safely and without stress during COVID-19 and I know our wedding couldn’t have been as perfect as it was without her. Thank you does not suffice!

To start, let’s focus on Marcia in group department reservations, the backbone to making me look like a superstar! We have been working together for the past year finetuning details for these two groups. I’ve said it before and I am saying it again, she’s one of the best group agents with whom I’ve ever worked.I don’t even know where to begin about her, without writing a 500 page novel! Her responsiveness, attention to detail, incredible organizational skills, customer service and expert knowledge of the product are just the tip of the iceberg of the many praises I can sing for her. She understands it is the little things that takes a vacation from good to great AND there is nothing “transactional” in her work. She puts as much effort, attention and care into my bookings as I do, and that says a lot. Marcia is my hero.

Marcia,OMG!! You are our new hero! Unbeknownst to me, before they set up the special table on the ship’s marina, they took Katherine and I out on a dingy to a clear spot on the ocean to watch the sunset. Complete with champagne and appetizers. Then as we returned to the ship, you could see the beautiful table set for two with candle light. Straight out of a fairy book story. We totally enjoyed the evening. THANK YOU!!!And that was just a start. The anniversary package was also a hit. They delivered champagne to our dinner table followed up with the highly addictive chocolate cake.Marcia, your personal service, beginning with helping us select the perfect cabin, was greatly appreciated.
